The International Conference on Digital Transformation in Business and Organizations (ICDTBO) is an annual academic forum organized by the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), designed to advance rigorous, evidence-based scholarship on the strategic, operational, and cultural dimensions of digital transformation in contemporary business and organizational contexts.
