Author Guidelines

Participants are required to submit their abstracts via the official submission system available at icdtbo.upi.edu/2026/info/Registration. Each submission will be evaluated through a rigorous screening and selection process conducted by the scientific committee of ICDTBO 2026. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will receive an official notification letter, accompanied by detailed instructions regarding the subsequent registration and payment procedures.

To confirm their participation in ICDTBO 2026, authors must complete the registration fee payment within the specified deadline. The following guidelines must be carefully observed to ensure a seamless process of submission, review, and publication:

 

  1. Authors are required to submit their abstracts to the ICDTBO 2026 organizing committee before the stipulated deadline.
  2. Upon abstract acceptance, authors will receive an official notification along with detailed guidance on registration payment and full paper submission via email.
  3. Manuscripts must not be uploaded to any publication platform unless explicitly instructed by the Scientific Committee.
  4. Submission of the same manuscript to other publication venues is strictly prohibited.
  5. All manuscripts must adhere strictly to the formatting requirements specified by the intended publication outlet.
  6. Manuscripts will be reviewed using double-blind peer review by selected scientific committee members and will be sent back to authors for revision via email and submission system.
  7. After revision, final decisions regarding manuscript acceptance are provided by scientific committee based on the review process and revisions, and are independent of the ICDTBO 2026 organizing committee.
  8. Authors may need to provide further revision if manuscript's format is not adhere to the conference template. 
  9. Further publication opportunities will be informed to authors by organizing committee after the conference is held.

 

Abstract Template

An English-language abstract is required for all submissions and must be written as a single paragraph ranging from 150 to 250 words. The first line of the abstract should be indented, and the content should provide a clear and concise overview of the study, covering the research problem, methodological approach, principal findings, and concluding remarks. The author’s name(s), institutional affiliation(s), and the corresponding author’s email address should be placed directly beneath the title. In addition, 3 to 5 pertinent keywords that represent the core topics of the research must be included immediately after the abstract.
